Last week I wrote a blog on here for the first time as I was extremeley anxious and suffering from panic attacks and was very tearful and I stopped eating completely.

I hit rock bottom and although I am married, I just wanted my Mum. I went to stay with my parents for 5 days. My mum got me eating again – little and often and easy food like jelly or grapes. Then very small pieces of toast. I then went to a herbalist and was advised on what supplements would work for anxiety/depression and nausea. I have now been taking Vitamin B-50 (one a day) and Lemon Balm capsules (1 in the morning, 2 with lunch and 2 with dinner). I have also got a spray called Rescue Me, which is designed to be sprayed onto the tongue, and it just gives you reassurance. I have also got 'Rescue Me Night' which are drops of flower essence that you put on your tongue at night time. The vitamin B builds up a healthy nervous system and the lemon balm soothes and uplifts the mood. All of these products are natural and since taking these for a week now, I am eating normally again and I have not had a panic attack or felt anxious for about 4 days now. I was advised that you can't mix doctor's medication with these supplements so I haven't touched the anti-anxiety drugs for a week. I don't think they were helping anyway. So I just thought I would tell you all about what seems to be working for me! Good luck everyone, I hope for those of you who try out the same supplements, you stick with it and believe in yourself as we can all get through it.
