Yesterday, evening I talked to a dear friend who I haven’t seen or spoke to for man years!

It was lovely!

I also did some research on the ex’s behavior and it turns out that he had psychopathic traits! I didn’t know that there was a word for the way he treated me and his general behavior etc!

Love can’t fix what ails him and how he is wired!

It is raining here.   The birds are chirping and seen to enjoy the comer weather!

I weighed myself the other day.   I haven’t done so for years! It was almost a phobia! All is fine!
