I'm so aggravated I could scream tonight! I stopped by my doctor's officeto pick up my new prescription and also asked for a copy of my new documents regarding my test results from the psychological testing. They couldn't find them!!! Somehow they haven't gotten from one building to the next one over in almost 3 dang months! I can't have my appointment with Social Security until I have the most current results verified and if the new ones show up after I begin then I have to start the whole dang process over again. AAAAUGGGHHHH!!!

But at least I called attention to the issue and the lady who deals with medical records is going to get to the bottom of this and call me as soon as she straightens things out and gets them herself. Thank God for people like her. She's so sweet and kind and I know she's got a very demanding and sometimes thankless job. I'll have to give her a thank you card when this is all over with. She's been good to me on many occasions now.

I've got some good news ~ my Uncle is coming home Thanksgiving day! They've decided he's made enough progress to be back at home. Some changes have to be made to the house to make it easier for him (bars in the shower, special toilet seat, etc…) but he's coming home! I never really believed it would happen. Not sure yet if he'll have an assitant coming to help him a few days a week or not, but I hope so. He still needs some help and he's too big a man for my aunt to really help him physically. He's 6'4" and easily 240 lbs. and stubborn as all get out. We're going to celebrate Thanksgiving with them almost a week late, but that's okay. At least we GET to celebrate with him. 😀

That's it for tonight. I will proudly tell you that we went up and visited my Dad-in-law (Dad for short) to pick up Zachary since they took him for the day, and we came home and ate Taco Bell as a family, including my Mom. It was really nice tonight ~ usually we're arguing. Too bad thefood was terrible. Blech! Well at least we know not to eat at that one again.

Gotta go, getting sleepy. The headache, minor nausea (could've been from the Taco Hell) and weariness from the double dose of Abilify is finally happening but it's mild so I'll just go to sleep. And the funniest thing to me is ~ this is supposed to a be a drug that makes people gain weight ~ I've lost about 7 since I started it, lol. Yaaaaay ~ something else to be thankful for. 🙂
