So I binged (haha I fucking hate myself) but (for the millionth time) I’m going to try to eat healthy for real. I’ll have egg whites for breakfast, no lunch, and a small dinner. I’ll exercise for 30+ minutes and I won’t eat junkfood. I am determined to get my life on track. I’m hoping to find people going through similar things so we can do this together.

I know no one cares and even I don’t care, but I want to document this just so I can look back and be like “this was my routine, it worked for me, it might work for you” and like to help other people in the same place as me.

Surprisingly i’m in a happy mood right now. I got music blasting and I’m really excited for the future which will probably consist of this.

So basically I’m going to wake up, get green tea, eat an egg white, and have coffee. Then I’ll go through school, blah blah. After school I’ll run/ride my bike for about 30+ minutes and leave the rest of the time free time until dinner. At dinner I can’t really choose what I eat, but I’ll eat a little.

My biggest advice to people is to not starve. You’ve heard this a million times and I’m going to add my voice to it. Starving yourself never works. Eat whatever the fuck you want, just in moderation.

Alright I’ll stop blabbing about my schedule.

I do however have some advice for others who might be going through what I am. Don’t push the welcoming arms away. People want to help you and even if they have no idea what the heck you’re going through, they want to simply be there for you. They don’t want to relate; they want to help. Remember that.

So yeah, if anyone knows of anyone who’s going through what I am, feel free to send them to me and we can work through this hell together 🙂

    I am doing the same for the millionth time. I started drinking a gallon of water a day [challenge on pintrest look it up] and feel amazing. I know it will be though considering its the holiday season but we can do it!!!

    I’m also trying to eat healthier/less. Another tip is not to eat within three hours of the time you go to bed!!
