When i talk of criticism , i refer to negative criticism because when aperson is criticized he gets defensive.
A critic is like a backseater driver who drives the driver mad but that does not stop you from adopting a postive criticism that will not only endeavour to help but to teach and assist.
I want to share a proverb with you and which have further strenghtned me till this date in my life.you see one of my lecturers ones told me that when you give a man a fish that fish he will eat and come back to you but when you teach him how to fish ,he will not only help him for life he will be grateful and happy for your helping him grow for life.
So i make bold to tell you that you are that personality that must be taught how to fish so that you can get out of this debilitating and bedeviling ailment that have kept you from reaching the zenith of your awesome career.
Have you ever wondered giving advice and positive criticism to people even in your trying times i want you to give it a try and i bet you you will find a long lasting peace of mind knowing fully well that you are the architect of that persons happiness.
How do you offer constructive criticism,criticize with a spirit of helpfulness rather than as you put down .try to offer solutions in your criticism by trying to criticize the behaviour and not the person because when we criticize the person we hurt thier self esteem.
T he right to criticize comes with an affable desire to help as long as the right to criticize does not give pleasure to the giver its very okay because when giving criticism becomes a pleasure its time it must be stopped.
Criticize to persuade and not to imtimidate by elucidating it in the private and not the public because it maintains goodwill whereas public criticism can be humilating.
G ive him or her the opportunity to explain his or herself because by giving them a chance you are gradually boosting thier confidence level.
Finally, before you criticize in a positive way get your facts right dont just jump into conclusion because we all have a right to our various opinion.
MAINTAIN YOUR COOL AND BE FIRM BECAUSE WHEN YOU CHAMPION A COURSE FOR HUMANITY YOU ARE GRADUALLY WRITING YOUR NAME ON THE SANDS OF TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU A MASTERPIECE PER EXCELLENCE.
