Go find something that will make you feel better about yourself.

This goes to everyone out there who doesn't feel like they're good enough.

It is important that we all learn that happiness doesn't come from looking at others and all that they have, but instead, it comes from looking inside of ourselves and all that we have. You'll never be good enough for everyone so instead of focusing on that, focus on becoming good enough for yourself.

If you don't feel good about yourself, chances are, there's something you need to be doing. Everyone has things they like to do. If you find something you're good at plus like doing it and you make at least a hobby out of it, then it will lead to feeling good about yourself.

This is hard to do when you're depressed, because a lot of time it feels like nothing really interests you.

The first step is the healing step. This is the step where you go easy on yourself, and accept the fact that you will make mistakes, because you are human. This step will vary in length based on what you've been through, but take your time. Treat yourself nicely, and do good things for yourself, and only say good things about yourself. When you accept yourself doors of opportunity are opened; doors you never even thought existed.

As you heal you will become stronger, until you are ready. Then, the next step begins. As you healed you became closer to your inner self. Now, you are ready to behave like yourself for a change. Because you've healed and all the scars are gone you now only have the good in yourself to focus on. I'm still in the healing step so I don't really know what happens in this step, but I like to think that one day I will start to really live and be the way that I was always intended to be. After you feel good about yourself there is a lot you can do. Confidence in yourself always causes you to perform at your peak. This can cause great things to happen! It's never too late to turn your life around.

Heal first- don't just try to jump into the action… but seriously, you need to find something to do that makes you feel good about yourself. Not something that makes someone else feel good about you. If you try to make someone else approve of what you do, you will always fail, instead focus on doing something that you approve of yourself! =]
