Hey everyone. From past few months I’m in constant debate whether my boyfriend is gay or not. 2 nights back I had a feeling that he might be transgender. I’m going to list all the reasons why I think he might not be straight. Please if any gay or transgender person is here please help me.
Why I think he is not straight:
- Within 3 years of relationship we never had sex and he is OK. ( Though it was my decision to not have sex(personal reasons). He initialized sex a few times but stopped soon after(may be me being uncomfortable is the reason))
- We never had any honeymoon period in our relationship. There was never any passion. Only care and comfort. But no passion or irresistible want to touch each other.
- He likes it when I put my makeup on him.( Make up as in kohl and lipstick)
- He is not attracted towards any other girl. I never saw him checking out any hot girl.(can it be for respecting my feelings?)
- He likes shopping and fashion. He fashion shops for almost every girl in his life, be it his mother or sister or friend. And his women fashion sense is good while men fashion sense is not.
- Sometimes I feel like he gets intimate with me as a duty. And I still can’t get over the fact that we don’t have an ounce of passion.
- And most puzzling to me is that even though he is super hot I don’t feel attracted towards him too. I was very intimate and physically attracted towards my ex bfs but I’m not attracted towards him.(is something wrong with me?)
Fundamentally I think what they are or what they’re not matters. I believe the fact that you don’t feel attracted to him speaks volumes. If you need to be loved differently than they can love you that’s okay. You can still remain close and if they are part of our lovely rainbow community maybe you could help them come to grips with that and love them unconditionally. There could be someone out there that will check all your boxes. It’s okay to need connection and affection. It’s a human need. You should have yours met. I’m not telling you what to do, I’m just suggesting a path that’s guided by love for you and for them. I wish you love, sunshine and happy.
