If I can get the motivation to get up and walk, then maybe I’ll find the motivation to do other things, too, so that will help with recovery from/coping with depression, anxiety, etc.
Yesterday I walked. My goal is to walk today and every day.

Well done for achieving your goal! Any small goals that you meet are a huge step, be proud of your achievements! It’s nice to see people trying to be positive and motivated, I know sometimes it is hard but stay strong and keep going! 🙂
