After doig my morning work, I figured I would go up the coast and hang out near the beach….one way to avoid the heat and hopefully avoid a seizure.

Hitchhiked up to a cute area sorta near Ventura….nice, quiet little park, lots of shade, cuz I burn super easy. Good for the scenery too…lots of guys from the navy base go exercise there….lol….

Spent the day, walking around, sitting around, just vegging. Best part, no seizure…I do think temperature extremes play a part in me having them…..and getting away from the heat helped.

Found a guy heading back my direction, so I hopped in and now I’m home.
