There are some people here that don’t want others to be happy. I’ve noticed who they are, it’s a small group. I am not naming names because that’s not how I am but they know who they are because I’ve expressed dislike. They come in here acting like they are a victim and they are not. The come into chat acting like they are there for support. But yet when those of us who’ve been in there for months on end are treated like shit. Why do people, just in general, have to ruin something for a group of people. Why do they feel it so important to belittle ones feelings and ones opinions. I thought I was having a civil conversation about my viewpoints on global warming and the ever present loss of wildlife we will have in consequence. But then it was me who was being put under the microscope because of my viewpoints. It is like high school in here all over again. You aren’t allowed to express your feelings because they are not the same as someone else’s? That’s bullshit. We should be able to express ourselves with out someone telling you that you are wrong for thinking it. I’ll say it right now, I’m a liberal democrat. I support freedom of choice, I support a woman’s right to choose, I don’t think religion should intermix with politics because there is supposed to be a separation of church and state, I think that everyone needs to band together to try to stop global warming before our grandchildren don’t know what a polar bear is or an emperor penguin is. Let people who love each other get married male or female. I live in America and I was under the impression that we lived in the ‘land of the free’. What a bunch of crap. We have more laws that prohibit us then countries like England and Australia.
Everyone, on this site and out in society should try openmindedness on for size. It’s not difficult.

I somehow feel like I'm being targeted here. All I was doing last night was just expressing my opinions, I wasn't putting down your opinions. How did I belittle you? Someone asked who I liked to be president in 08, and I said Guliani. When did I say you were wrong for being a liberal democrat? I agree with what you were saying about global warming. btw Guliani agrees with most of the things you were saying up there. but anyway, just because someone disagrees with what you're saying, I don't think you should take it as though you should stop expressing your opinions or that they are telling you to stop or belittling you. Anyway, I think a lot of this comes from stuff that happened earlier in the day, and in the past couple of days that you somehow associate me with. I don't think that's fair.

I was expressing my feelings towards those that were also. I wasn't in there ranting about my opinions without the other also giving their opinion. I understand what you are saying and I don't feel think anyone less because they differ from what i believe but i take the time to sit and listen to someone and its common courtesy to sit and listen to mine w/o treating me like crap.
I suppose because no one ever lets me express my 'outlandish' opinions without making me feel like shit, calling me a baby killer and what not all in high school. I get defensive quickly because i have been hurt so many times for believing what i believe. I wasn't stepping on anyones toes because I was the one being civil until someone started calling names.
i appreciate your comment and I will try to think of it as it in that respect but I dont feel that I need to be put down for feeling a certain way or thinking a certain way.
I wasn't calling you a baby killer, I was calling pit bulls baby killers, because you so often hear them in the news mauling some little kid who got left with them. That was what we were talking about at the time. I think earlier in the chat I mentioned something about a pit bull killing a four year old. I think this is where this whole thing started. I'm not really that decisive on the abortion issue be on the pro life side and call someone a baby killer. I'm really mixxed on that issue, I'm not really sure where I stand…but I can see arguments that make sense from both sides. So sorry for the misunderstanding…

Well Jade, you're clearly singling out me and the people in my chat in this post and I don't think it's fair at all. You didn't mention any names, but what you're doing is just as bad because people read between the lines. That's not fair to call out people in my chat as people who see themselves as victims, you don't even know 99% of the people in my chat. You can deny it all you want, but this blog is obviously directed at us. Also, I was the only one in the chat last night who was not agreeing with your opinions, so I dont really know who else you would be directing this at. And no one was disagreeing with anything you were saying about global warming and abortion, so I don't understand why you're even mentioning that. For those just joining what happened was someone asked who should be prez in 08 and I said Guliani. Jade said she wouldn't vote for him because he wanted to have all pitbulls put down and she owns a pitbull. So we just argued a little about the danger of owning a pitbull as a pet. I called pit bulls baby killers because some have done that in the past. I don't understand why you'd even mention that people in high school called you that, when I said that about pitbulls in chat last night and you knew that I was referring to pit bulls and not you. I hope you weren't trying to intentionally confuse people…but anyways, I'm tired of the bad rap my chat and people in my chat get from certain people bad mouthing us. The people in my chat are really cool people. It's ironic because you're doing the same things to me about my opinions that you're saying are being done to you. This is being blown way out of proportion, I wish you just came and discussed this with me rather writing a blog about it.

i wasnt making you a target. u are by saying it was you. i was simply venting about how i was feeling. i think that perfectly fine. and i do feel attacked when you sit there calling MY DOG a baby killer when she doesnt have a vicious bone in her body. I get tired of battling. I had a shit day yesterday and it just felt like everytime I turned around someone was in there saying shit to push my buttons. Guliani doesnt believe in quite a few things I do. As a republican he's pretty middle ground and doesnt seem as retarded as bush. But not my choice.
I appologize if you left like u were being singled out but it wasn't just about you. And I felt the way I did so I posted a blog.
