It is emotional sorting through the stuff you own from someone who isn’t in your life anymore.

One of my adult sons has decided he wants to get rid of gifts from his former almost brother in law.

He asked me to help and I couldn’t do it.   It is just too hard.    We had good times and memories  with daughter’s former relationship person.

I remember shopping with almost son in law for some of the gifts.  I remember the look of pride on his face when he gave the gifts to my son.  I remember the times that son is letting go that he bought while shopping with almost son in law.  Yes, I may be a little sentimental
