How many of you, have gone through a Vocational Rehabilitation program, or the other program known as the NTL@Home? Did either of these programs help you with getting a job, or were they both useless in doing this? Both of these programs are suppose to help the disabled community.If anyone here has heard of these programs, or gone through them for themselves personally, give me the insight as to how it went for you, and if you were able to find work and have it last for you to this day. I really personally doubt these programs really help with finding work. But I could be wrong. What do you all think of these programs?

I have tried finding work on my own without these programs, I know how to do an interview, fill out an application, do a resume and cover, and all those other types of documents needed to find work, but have never really had much luck with landing the job. If I ever got close, I chickened out and never went through with it, and never had a job in the end anyway.

I want to work, I am almost 30 years old, I want my own life and be able to say I have a job, I have my own apartment if that ever happens, and have my own car and insurance and be able to drive to and from work, and to and from my own place too. But it\’s awfully hard and I just don\’t see it to ever happen to me. Which is indeed sad because I know everyone else is doing so much better off than I am and it sucks I am not with them.

I just don’t know what more I can do, or what to do, because nothing I do helps and nothing I do really matters. I try and try and try, and still nothing changes or ever happens and it sucks.
