    Hey I am new on here, but know what you mean, its like the world is moving too fast and the littlest things don’t line up with your schedule. Take the long walks first thing in the day and then at night. Just take in the outdoors. I also found that expression through art was a fantastic release. If you haven’t painted and just unleased on a canvas your energy you will be amazed.

    Let your life journey happen and you will be surprised as to the amazing doors that open. Go find those open doors and paint those canvases
