I went on two job interviews this past week… one is for a Court Reporting Company that is willing to train me on the digital court reporting equipment, AWESOME pay and benefits… I couldn't ASK for a better job. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and supposed to hear something this week. The guy said that with my 84 WPM typing test score and 0 errors, I'm a "shoo-in" for the training class that starts in 2 weeks, so that's a plus.
My hubby is in San Francisco for a trade show for work. He asked me today "When are you going to start popping out a kid?" And I laughed and said, "I'm working on it, but I can't do it all by myself!" He said, "Well, I've supplied you with enough, so it's all your doings now." I was like, "WTF?? I guess I gotta kick my ovaries into high gear. Do ovaries HAVE a high gear? Cause I don't know where it is if it does.." I just charted my ovulation on a website and actually, with the timing of things compared to my cycle and the scheduling of events, there's a good chance that I could be… but it won't show up on a pregnancy test until February 15th… my next period should be around the 21st… Sooo we'll see. What a blessed miracle that would be. My dream has always been to be a mother of a child with the man that I love.. And I can't love anyone more than my husband. And this is the best timing for it since I have my parents around to help out if he's working out of town, and the medication I'm on is basically safe, so if I DID get pregnant I wouldn't have to worry about the medication I'm taking. I have to make an appointment with my gyno for my annual, so I'll talk to him then too about how my gynocological health is going… especially since my menstrual pain has been SO HORRIBLE the past 2 or 3 times.
So, I guess I've been doing okay for the past week or so. Lots of love to everyone here… Thank you for all your support and comments on the past few blogs. They've helped a lot and mean a lot to me. 🙂
