Every man’s consciousness is constantly changing, is trapped at the knife-edge overlap of past and future, reacts rather than acts, is incomplete and partial, eternally seeks itself, for since the mere state of being thrown no light on that state, consciousness learns of itself through reaction to outside stimulants. If a man comes to believe he is unsuccessful, it is because he carries the impression he has been unsuccessful, and this conclusion, once adopted, inescapably molds him into the shape of the thing he believes, locks him in a prison of his own making. These are the situation and condition I was living in. In the frame of mind searching for an escape route.

There are no magic pills that can change our mind-set, character, and attitude or even to be successful in life. Our perception of life blinds us. We always have a tendency to compare our life by looking at others. We have to free our mind, that what I did and cast up mental pictures of what we desire. Our vision to our desire can become our factual experience not dreams. Consciousness always assumes a form to suit its knowledge of itself, and where such knowledge breaks beyond the limits imposed by sensory experience, we will begins to grow into the image of our hidden self-abilities.

I know that my life today as blessed and real and challenging and joyful as it is, but wouldn’t be possible without the difficulties and sadness and hurt that came before it. In the following story you may see that my story could be not in any running sequence of time or day. I am just writing whatever I can remember about myself and my recovery. On the later part after the story I have noted down my thought on a day to day basis. Hope that those who read this and understands it could use it for their daily life as a reference. Remember, there’s only one mind in creation, don’t JUDGE, THINK.
