Hi everyone. So I just came from my therapist and she is sending me to a psychiatrist. Do you think this is a good idea? She thinks I need some meds. So far we have just been doing breathing excersices and relaxation therapies. Anybody know of a good med for anxiety and depression that isn\’t addictive? Thanks.
