Hello all, I was thinking about you all and I want to share my top five things I have been doing and have found effective in helping with anxiety disorder..As a long time survivor of this I speak from years of trial and error. But everyone is different so take what works for you and leave the rest..love and best wishes 1. Find a way to let go and resolve emotion. What I discovered is Emotion is energy, If it is not resolved, it will find a way to express itself,, often in a negative way..so it's good to find a way to let go…be it talking with a therapist or finding a program on how to deal with emotions…over the years I've used tons of methods..many very effective..Do some research on line to find one that appeals to you. 2. Work out.everyday 45 Mon to an hour. To me this cannot be underestimated.. It has worked when all other methods have not even the one above…work out long enough and consistent enough to work off adrenaline and cortisol,,and trigger endorhin and dopamine… 3. Meditate everyday..TM, EFT what ever method you like…just do it…also breath work. Hyperventilating causes the majority of symtomssymtoms of AD..make it a habit to spend time retraining your body and mind how you breathe well. 4.have a routine: this is so important…every day I get up out of bed and begin my routine…( this helped me emensly in the days I didn't feel like even getting out of bed) Having a routine dramatically reduses stress. You get things done and know what to expect dayly.. I discovered often all the little stressors that you might think dont mean much add up. 5. Follow your joy…of there is anything you truely love to do..do it and do it often whether it be cycling a mile watching a marathon of walking dead or hanging with the love of your life. Shrug all those things you think you have to do…and stop analyzing yourself for just a bit and go have fun…often!! There are so many other tips I want to share I may make another blog. Thanks and sending love…

Agree with you 100%. Must Join Gym.

Emotion definitely is energy: I liken it to electrical energy because you can earth it and get rid of it, but it\'s painful to do. 😀 Like being hit by lightning.

the only thing worse than for it to earth through you, is for you to never let it earth, because then it boils and fries everything inside you forever until you let it out.

    Must.. Join… Gym.

That is so true 🙂 when i used to work out i felt so much better. I wish i could go back to it but immalwaus working. One thing u forgot to mension and i feel it should be first in line is to face the fear. Dont stop doing something because ur afraid. I worl on this everytime i go to work. Used to work part time now after all the engative thinking imnworking full time. I was so scared and freaking out i even though inwasnt going to make it a month and than here i still am going to the second month. Yaya!!!! I was also afraid to go to walmart and now im.okay. im facing my fears one at the time.

So awesome yudith!! You are doing great!! Yes you are right I should have added that.. Courage is not the absence of fear. Courage is feeling fear but doing it any way…
The more you face fear and work through it,,,the less it controls you…after alll fear is only an set of emotions….as I gained control over emotions I have become less at effect of them….
    Love and take care.

I think about what many of the folks here face everyday and know just know,, Those of you working at it are some of the bravest people ever,,,if only others knew what its like to do even the simplest tasks,,and we wake up and do it every day….be brave folks and I promise there is hope and help out there. I have found much relief using release methods, take care
