Hi y’all I want to do group therapy but yikes we’re in a pandemic!

I’m not expecting anyone to be open to this plan but here it is: I’m reaching out to folks who wouldn’t mind supporting each other in anonymous group (voice-only) calls using zoom or skype.

I say voice-only because I don’t think appearance should matter much.

I think that talking about stuff over the phone as an anonymous group therapy could be better for me than posting stuff and reading what people wrote. I’m thinking AA-style anonymous group calls for anxiety and depression. (Maybe they’re the same for me. Yikes!)

The only rule I’d have is that I will never try to fix other people’s problems. I’ll only listen to problems and blubber about mine.
