When something goes wrong with someone and it’s brought to my attention, like it’s my fault, I get triggered. I can’t stop thinking about it and can’t stop blaming myself. That’s when I start isolating myself. I hate that I approach hard situations with emotions. My mind can’t handle too much stress and I tend to run away from everything and hide. I give too many fucks on what people think of me. I hate it.
