Here is what I am doing / accomplished even though I just want to lay down and cry.

– got ready and went somewhere

– brought up clean laundry from basement

– went outside, walked around, sat down outside  and breathed in and out slowly verses going to bed and shutting down

– took my supplements, consumed healthy food and drank water


– wrote this and another blog

– watched and listened to birds

– watched butterflies and happened to see a yellow one
