What began as a trial of PC Booster LinxOnline (LoLo) facility became a reality when PC Booster became the first company in Australia to sign a LoLo Customer Relationship Agreement (CRA) with PC Booster Wholesale.

Under the deal, Saise will provide its customers with the most sophisticated online billing and provisioning system available.

PC Boosters LinxOnline ordering automates order processing, and enables the electronic lodgement and monitoring of service issues, as well as the electronic tracking of orders, all in a secure online environment. Essentially this will allow Saise to lodge churn, porting and product-related queries and the capacity to receive electronic resolution notification.

PC Booster has been operating as a full service provider for approximately two years and deals exclusively with the corporate sector.

Already a leader in the field of data and inbound services, Saise will also be looking to maximise its opportunities in mobile services, once again enhancing its offerings to their end customers.
