From Frog & Toad – Do the things you are avoiding first ( A Wellness Activity)

Hello Everyone… This has always been a hard one for me… there is a reason I don’t want to think about this stuff!!  Come on… really?  …worrying about my eyes and my vision is at the bottom of the list of “Things I want to think about“. It just makes me worry!! 🙁   Even if it is at the top of my current “To Do List“…..  I know, I know… I just sound mixed up, because I am confused, worried and scared

My health coverage changed recently and I am not sure if the Doctors I have met with already are still allowed to help me? I am wondering if they are now “out of network” Dr. F, Dr. W, Dr Z ? Do I need to meet with the Neuro-Opthamologist ( Dr. F) again? What is the next step that I need to take? This is all such a confusing mess… they were working with me before? But what about now??

Avoidance seems okay in the short term, but I need to think “Long-Term”. I am willing to do just about anything to get my old vision back!?! Stupid grown up, responsible adult… Arrrgh!  Why does this stuff need to be so complicated?!?  Seriously? How do you deal with feeling uncertain and vulnerable??? * This is all so new to me,  Medical coverage… Frogsnot! ( this is one of my own personal expletives )…. arrgh!

Well, I am feeling like the ground under my feet is crumbling away… like I am one step away from “The Void of emptiness”…           (I know, I know, I am being melodramatic)

p.s. Hey did you know that my boy cat Tony snores!  It is quiet though so I don’t usually hear him. 🙂

This is the kind of thing that used to have me reaching for that bottle of wine, something familiar and numbing…
